This policy explains how information is handled in the CoordinateX Pro Android application. The processing described below occurs only as needed to provide the feature you choose to use.
1. Data stored on the device
Projects, points, drawings, areas, settings, caches and imported files are normally stored locally on your device. CoordinateX Pro does not upload this project data to a developer-operated cloud account or central user database.
Depending on your Android backup and device-transfer settings, the operating system may back up app data. Those copies are governed by your device settings and backup provider.
2. Location information
The app accesses approximate or precise location only when you grant permission. Location is used to show your position, take measurements, save points, perform stakeout, support drone tools and provide related field functions. The app does not request background location permission.
When you use online maps, elevation, weather, parcel lookup, 3D views or external map features, the coordinate or map-view information required to fulfil the request may be transmitted to the service provider handling that request.
3. Online service providers
Depending on the selected feature, the app may communicate with Esri/ArcGIS, Copernicus, TKGM, Open-Meteo, NOAA, OpenStreetMap-based services, Google Maps or external map sources added by the user. Map requests may include the viewed area and zoom level; elevation, weather and parcel requests may include the selected coordinate. Providers may receive your IP address and technical request details and apply their own privacy terms.
4. Advertising and consent
The free plan may display banner and interstitial ads supplied through Google Mobile Ads. The app does not display ads to Premium users. Where applicable, Google's user messaging and consent tools may be presented before ads are requested.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers—including the Android advertising ID and app set ID—for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android privacy and ads settings. See the Google Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google Privacy Policy.
5. Google Play purchases
Premium purchases are processed by Google Play. CoordinateX Pro does not receive your full payment-card number or payment account password. Purchase status is verified through Google Play to enable Premium access and restore purchases. Google's payment and privacy terms apply.
6. File access and sharing
KML, KMZ, XML, GeoJSON, CSV, NCN, DXF and similar files are used only for import, viewing, sharing or export actions that you initiate. You are responsible for copies that you share, export or save to common device storage.
7. Retention, security and deletion
Built-in online services use HTTPS. You can delete local projects and imported data from within the app. Clearing app data in Android settings or uninstalling the app removes local app data from the device; previously exported, shared or backed-up copies must be deleted separately.

8. Children's privacy
The app is not specifically directed to children, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
